Timeline

SUBMIT

Provide photos of the face, hairstyle, and clothing. The photos can be mixed and matched.

NOTE: The face photo should be a clear front view. Photos that are too side-on or with the head tilted down cannot be used. Blurry photos might also affect the resemblance.

Day 1

PRODUCE & VERIFY

We will then create initial drafts of the head and body and send photos of them to the customer for confirmation. Creating a 3D sculpture from 2D photos is challenging, so it won’t be exactly the same as the photo. If the customer has any feedback on the draft, they can let us know, and we will do our best to make modifications until satisfied. Note: Once the initial draft is made, the face or clothing photos cannot be changed, as major modifications are not possible at that stage.

Day 2~16 (depends on verfication response time)

DELIVER

After confirming the head and body drafts, we will bake and harden them, then assemble and photograph the complete figure for final approval.
Note: All modifications must be made before baking. Once baked and hardened, no further changes can be made.

What do I expect in terms of sculpture similarity?

Our meticulous craftsmanship ensures a remarkable likeness of over 80% compared to the provided photos. While our process is predominantly handmade, minor deviations may occur. We are open to your feedback and can make adjustments according to your specific requirements.

What is the longevity of the sculptures?

Once completed, our sculptures undergo a thorough baking process at 200 degrees Celsius, resulting in a durable and resilient texture akin to plastic glue. Rigorous testing guarantees resistance to temperature and humidity, ensuring the shape and color remain intact for an extended period.

What if I don’t like my figurine? Do you offer refunds?

We value your happiness above all else. If, at any point during the creation process (prior to shipping), you feel dissatisfied with your figurine, we offer refund. A nominal 40% cancellation fee applies to ensure the integrity of our service and discourage non-serious 'fun orders.'
